These ladies started out as Morgan's 4-H Chick Chain Project, and have quickly become one of our favorite things about coming home. 

Our girls have the best personalities. Some are often standoffish, but we love that they will follow us anywhere. 

They produce white shelled eggs. Averaging one per day per hen. We have one that is a double yolker. You should see these eggs. HUGE!! 

These girls are still in that awkward "Raptor" looking stage.

We are excited to introduce them to our main flock, when the time is right. For now they have their outdoor time separate from the main group. 

When they are of age to start laying, they will have brown eggs. 

We are excited to see these girls grow.
